Living a life of adversity led Ducatti to create what he calls THE DIFFERENCE a Strategic Coaching and Consulting brand to help and guide others to achieving their own brand of greatness.

Growing up in Brownsville one of the toughest neighborhoods in Brooklyn Ducatti was able to beat the odds. Death, drugs, gangs, despair, and an absent father were more than enough to hold back the average youth from progressing but there is nothing average about Ducatti. Determined to make something of his life at the young age of 12 Ducatti decided to leave home and face life on his terms.

Ducatti’s passion for winning is equal to his passion for learning. “Knowledge learned and applied correctly is the blueprint for winning”. Ducatti believes life is a game of strategic planning, wins, and learning moments.
